WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS

50% Wholesale Discount – businesses operating with a store front and able to provide valid  R.N. or B.I.N. and  H.S.T. registration numbers.  Initial order of $250.00 wholesale with subsequent minimum orders of $100.00 wholesale.  Annual purchases to exceed $500.00 wholesale.

40% Wholesale Discount – non-store front businesses.  Initial order of $250.00 wholesale with subsequent minimum orders of $100.00 wholesale. Annual purchases to exceed $500.00 wholesale.

30% Wholesale Discount – non-store front businesses.  Initial order of $150.00 wholesale with subsequent minimum  orders of $75.00 wholesale.

Exceptions - all honey products will be discounted at 30% wholesale .

Payment Terms

All orders must be paid  for in full prior to shipping (Visa and Mastercard Accepted).  Wholesale Net 30 day terms can be applied for after a minimum of three orders in consecutive good standing have been received.  

Pheylonian Bee Works reserves the right to revoke payment terms should an account fall into arrears. Past due accounts will be subject to late payment charges at 4% per month until paid in full.

TAXES & SHIIPPING

Applicable taxes and shipping are added to the value of the goods. Orders are shipped F.O.B. from Pheylonian Bee Works, Napanee, Ontario for Canadian orders, and F.O.B. Pheylonian Bee Works, Wellesley Island, NY for USA orders. Standard UPS Ground service is used, unless otherwise requested, and additional charges may apply.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE AND RETURNS

Upon receiving your order with obvious damage due to shipping, please call us immediately. Keep all packaging materials for claim purposes in the event that a claim is required to be made with the courier company.  

All damage claims must be accompanied by a photograph of the damaged items for the purpose of verification of the claim.  If you cannot supply a photograph, then the product will have to be sent to us at your expense.

To place your order, send a completed form by fax or email.  Orders can be placed by phone during normal business hours.

Your order will be confirmed via email. It is beneficial for us to have a current email address, so we may notify you of any specials, new products, price changes or product availability. All information is confidential and will be used discreetly.
